Indian Harbour Beach Garden Club

Serving Brevard County Beaches and Mainland

Indian Harbour Beach Garden Club members and guests meet September thru May at 10:00 a.m. the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

How can a Garden Club make a difference in the world?

The IHBGC has some great answers:

  • Re-forest land impacted by hurricanes and fires.

  • Bring gardening to assisted living residents.

  • Send children to nature camp each summer.

  • Bring live plants to Meals on Wheels clients.

  • Support the Botanical Garden at Florida Institute of Technology.

  • Promote landscape best practices.

Location: Indian Harbour Beach Gleason Park Recreation Center 1233 Yacht Club Blvd., IHB FL 32937

Programs include guest speakers, workshops and buffet lunch. We embrace all levels of interest, and our speakers can range from basic flower arranging to growing food on the International Space station. Come join us at a meeting as it’s a great way to learn about Florida Gardening while making friends and meeting people trying to make a difference!

Our Mission Statement

The objective of the Indian Harbour Beach Garden Club is to share the knowledge and love of gardening and floral design, and to encourage our members to promote environmental awareness among our members and the community.

Membership in our garden club means both give and take. We “take” as we learn about gardening and the environment while enjoying great lunches and activities with fellow gardeners and friends. We also enjoy opportunities to “give” as we reach out to our community and achieve our mission.
